Rachel radiates love, compassion, wisdom, and sacred play (lila) in her way of being and teaching. The flow and sequence of her classes encourage curiosity and courage in preparation for advanced postures. Rachel's energy inspires sweetness in the exploration of movement, inner space, the physical body, and communal expression. Her guidance is clear and relaxed. She has the gift of interpreting a serious, mindful, spiritual practice in a joyful, even blissful, way. In all the years I've been practicing (almost three decades), Rachel is one of my lifetime favorite teachers ~ Holly T., AZ.
Rachel's class structure is so natural and fluid it feels like I am on a journey that has a true beginning, middle, and end. I am able to lose myself in the rhythm of the music while she skillfully guides our bodies along with her physical examples and gentle, encouraging voice. I feel welcome to push myself, or not, depending on how I show up that day. I so appreciate Rachel's' gentle strength and encouragement, I feel like I can try anything! ~ Lisa W., AZ
Rachel is creative, heartfelt, fun, plays great music and crafts exceptional yoga classes. When I leave her classes I always feel more alive and happier than when I arrived. Her sequences are challenging yet doable. I wish my schedule allowed me to attend every class she offers. Her passion for yoga shines through in every class. ~ Kip M., AZ
"Working with Rachel was super fun and an awesome experience that really went above my expectations. Her personalized chakra assessment was pretty spot on and she was able to help me develop my own practice by incorporating yoga sequences based on my own energetic/personal needs. I am fairly new to yoga and she was very helpful at explaining different poses and breathing techniques that I could use on a daily basis. Since our session, I have been using a lot of the breath work/sequences/practices we worked on in my own daily routine and have noticed myself feeling more and more centered and expressive in my daily life. I look forward to working with her again!"

"I am an impatient, people-pleaser. Rachel's class centers me. The hardest part of yoga is to shut off my mind. Rachel has a way of getting me to let go and focus through small meditative reminders. I think that people can greatly benefit from Rachel's classes because she has ideas to assist in the practice. I have no limitations in her class because she has a suggestion or alternative for me that helps me to achieve the stretch, feel good, and give to myself a little bit."
